Data Sovereignty
Our approach to data sovereignty prioritizes discretion, minimization, and client control over sensitive information.
Effective date: 16 February 2026
1. Principle of minimization
We collect only the information reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and coordinate the services you request.
We aim to avoid unnecessary storage of sensitive information and to reduce data exposure through operational minimization (for example, using limited identifiers where feasible).
Access to client information is restricted internally on a need-to-know basis and aligned to the specific coordination task at hand.
2. Client control and instruction
Where appropriate, we coordinate based on your instructions regarding preferred contact channels, designated points of contact, and confidentiality requirements.
You may request additional constraints, such as reduced identifiers, controlled scheduling disclosures, or limited third-party exposure, and we will implement such constraints where operationally feasible.
3. Controlled sharing
When third-party arrangements are required (for example, airlines, hotels, medical facilities, security providers, or ground transport), we share only the minimum information required to complete the arrangement and only as authorized by you or as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.
We do not sell personal data. We do not disclose personal data for unrelated advertising purposes.
4. Security and governance
We apply organizational and technical safeguards designed to protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data, including controlled access, separation of duties where appropriate, and secure handling practices.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; however, discretion and risk reduction are core operating standards.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including ongoing support where requested, or for longer where required by applicable law.
When data is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it in accordance with our operational practices and applicable retention requirements.
6. International coordination and transfers
Concierge coordination may involve cross-border communications and service providers depending on your itinerary and requested services.
Where cross-border transfers occur, we seek to apply safeguards consistent with applicable requirements, including limiting shared fields to what is necessary for the arrangement.
